We are driven by the mission to provide work based training and employment opportunities for young adults with learning disabilities and autism. To support individuals to unlock their skills and talents and maximise their possibilities.

We wanted to create a business to support people with additional needs and autism to tackle the difficulties they face in gaining employment. These individuals often struggle to find paid work, not because of a lack of ability, but because they are not given the chance.
We wanted to create a space where they could learn valuable skills and gain confidence and independence through meaningful work. So in January 2022, Independence Clubs CIC brought The Washclub and our new venture began..."
